In the past Jews have tried to help them in all sorts of ways to advance but they are brought up and taught in school to be hateful and violent towards their jewish neighbours, which exacerbates the problems of advancement in so many ways. Until they can act in a more civilised way there is not much hope for them I fear! If we shift the discussion over to the real cause which is cultural, many groups (American Blacks and Israeli Arabs) will be forced to look inward at their own cultures that glamorize violence, superstitions, paranoia and anti-education values.
